Terms & Policy
There are 2 scheduled delivery slots that you can select while placing your order. We will deliver your order within the slot you select.
- Delivery slots are
- Daily 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM: Available to order placed in between 7:00 PM of the previous day and 6:00 AM of the next day
- Daily after 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM: Available to order placed after 11:00 AM up to 4:00 PM of the same day.
- Shipping Coverage
- We cover major part of the Agartala now.
- Shipping & Processing Fee
- At Dumboor.com we sell everything at market rate or below and do not inflate our prices to cover other expenses like many others do. So we charge a nominal fee of Rs. 45 per order to cover our cleaning, packing and shipping expenses.
- Payment methods
- Credit & Debit cards and net banking as supported by our partner CC Avenue. We also accept cash on phone orders and orders confirmed by phone.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- We deliver custom orders to suit your requirement. So once packed orders can not be cancelled or refunded. However, if your order has arrived damaged or defective, you can raise your concerns by reaching out to us at the time of delivery by calling us on 9436120091 and by mail to [email protected]. We will send you a replacement or a refund if replacement is not available.
Pricing

All prices are on gross weight before cleaning & packaging unless specified. Depending on the item there would be 10 - 30% wastage.
